 Can I get samples of your blinds?

We can send up to 4 wood blinds samples and 10 of any other type for free. Just click and complete our online form for samples.  


Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has gone in production it can not be cancelled. Xpress next day Wood range go straight into production during working hours so please be sure of your measurements and colour choice before you confirm your order. We can advise you about measuring and send you samples next day also. All our other blinds usually take about 24-48 hours to go into production so call or email if you need to change or cancel anything.


What if I order the wrong size?

If the blinds are too big, sometimes we can re-adjust them but you will have to contact us for a quote. If they are too small there isn't anything we can do, so please check you are sure the measurements are correct


What if my blind is damaged or faulty?

If your blind has arrived damaged please sign for it as damaged and Contact Us. We will then organise for it to be collected and replaced or repaired. Also if it is faulty Contact Us and we can sort out a replacement asap.


How accurate are the image and samples of blinds on the website?

We only use accurate photographs of the exact blind but we may digitally produce images for the samples of fabric or wood. We regularly update these to give you the best visual description we can. These can be effected by your monitor or monitor settings. So please get a sample if you are unsure if it the right colour or shade. We cannot refund you for a made to measure product if you don't like the colour or shade. We try to send all samples first class within 24 hours of ordering.

With 100% natural products like our wood range, variations in grain, texture and colour are normal. These are natural characteristics of real wood used to make our slats.


How eco-friendly are my  blinds?

We are constantly reviewing our 'suppliers' methods to ensure that they are at their most efficient and eco-friendly. 

All the wood used in our wooden venetian blinds is FSC certified so is ethically sourced from managed forests. As it is clear that our future depends on responsible management of the earth's natural resources. When sourcing fabrics, we strive to ensure that our suppliers fabrics adhere to environmental policies with regards to colour, design and the finishing of the fabric. Using manufacturing methods and chemicals that have a lesser impact on the environment.

Our main supplier source their electricity from wind turbines as an attractive alternative to non-renewable energy sources. Due to the fact that this energy supply is plentiful, renewable and produces no greenhouse gas emissions during operation, they find this the optimal way of sourcing electricity for the manufacturing of blinds.
