Please Note: All our orders are delivered by courier and need to be signed for.

You can email us for an exact delivery date approx. 2 working days after your order was placed. Please do not phone for delivery dates unless there is no other option. Standard delivery is £6.50 on all orders under £150 inc vat but FREE on any order above £150. Delivery is approx 5-7 working days on all made to measure blinds. Next day delivery is available on Xpress Delivery Wood Blinds at the standard rate above. We also deliver to the Isle of Man and Channel Islands but only Xpress Delivery Wood Blinds (they will take a couple of extra days).

If you have had a cheaper quote for blinds please email us with your quote and we will try to beat it.

Only faulty or damaged goods can be refunded or exchanged. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will only be issued within 30 days of cancellation.

Please ensure you have checked the measuring tips page and if you are still unsure about your measurements please feel free to either email or call our office for advice.

We use the best quality images available so please ensure your monitor is set to the correct resolution to ensure the colours are as close as possible.

If you are unsure about the colour of the blind you are interested in, colour samples can be posted to you on request within afew days. As with any natural wood products, variations in grain, texture and colour, along with some slight warpage, may occur. These are a natural characteristic of real wood blinds.
